		<description>Oh, my favorites too. Esp. Dostoevsky. But The Brothers Karamazov, which I read much later, is my favorite. And The Gambler is hilarious. Hard to believe the same person who wrote Brothers and Crime - oh, and The Idiot - was the same person who wrote Gambler. These are all definitely DO NOT READs.

Also to be avoided - Flannery O'Connor. Can't have teenagers reading things like A Good Man Is Hard to Find and Wise Blood. Oh, no no!</description>
