If the CPSIA bill isn't overturned, Biggles won't be the only juvenile lit character flying south this year.

A great summary post over at Overlawyered gives us a great view of the current state of the CPSIA fiasco.  Also pointed out therein was this link to a flickr gallery of CPSIA endangered books.

Did you see a childhood favorite scroll by?  No?  Check out these rare children’s books – all waiting on death row (or death shelf, as it were).

If books aren’t exempted from the CPSIA act, this may be one of the last times you see these treasures.
